CANCELLATION POLICY

 A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.  Concierge MedSpa NC adheres to a strict 24-hour Cancellation policy.  Please call us at (919)307-6808 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show or any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee.  

We also adhere to a strict 15 minute late policy.  If we are unable to accommodate you, at the time of rescheduling a deposit will be required.  We do appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.  

We’ve updated our system so we will need credit card information and an updated medical history from everyone. Thank you!
