Allow us to properly assess your concerns and goals. Treatment options will be reviewed in detail and an appropriate and customized plan of care will be created and tailored to your needs.  We have multiple options for medical weight loss management that will cater to your needs. 

 Laboratory/Blood Work In Office $99

In order to serve you better and to make sure we are providing the best and safest care possible. We require the following blood work:
Labs Required: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, TSH, FT3 Free, FT4 Free (within 30 days)
If you would like to go to your primary care physician and get the blood work done, please email us your results at ajoines@conciergemedspanc.com prior to your appointment.

We offer both cash-based and insurance-covered options to ensure accessibility and flexibility in your weight-loss journey. For those preferring to use insurance coverage, we are able to work with your prescription insurance to prescribe branded GLP-1 medications, like Wegovy or Zepbound. If you prefer not to start your weight loss journey with GLP-1 medications, we offer a range of effective oral alternatives. These include Phentermine, Topiramate, Wellbutrin, Contrave, Qsymia, and Metformin.

We will work with you to discuss all options available to you, what your insurance will cover, and what medications will work best for your needs. Regardless of which medication or payment method you choose.
